You get an automatic refund when you cancel your account within the first 7 days.   To cancel your account, go to the main Admin/Account page and scroll to the bottom to find a link to cancel the account (see images below).  For refund requests after 7 days you need to contact us.

We realize our service may not meet your needs, so this saves everyone trouble.  If we determine our service is not a good fit for your needs in the first 7 days, we may cancel your account for you and you will get an automatic refund.

Generally accounts canceled before 3pm Pacific Time (Los Angeles) on the day they were created will get any charge cleared faster than cancellations after a day or two.
